Terms of Service

By accessing or using ContableApp services, operated by ANDEYA S.A.S., you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, do not use the service.

1. Service Description

ContableApp is a SaaS business management platform including CRM, accounting, communications, payments, analytics and artificial intelligence modules. The service is provided "as is" and may be updated or modified at any time with prior notice.

2. Registration and Account

• You must provide accurate and current information when creating your account
• You are responsible for the security of your credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accounts are personal and non-transferable without express authorization

3. Plans and Payments

• Prices are in MXN and may change with 30 days notice
• Payments are monthly or annual depending on the contracted plan
• No refunds for partial periods unless required by law
• Non-payment may result in service suspension with 7 days prior notice

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use ContableApp for:

• Illegal or fraudulent activities
• Sending spam or unsolicited mass communications
• Interfering with the service or its infrastructure
• Reselling or sublicensing the service without authorization
• Attempting to access other clients data

5. Intellectual Property

ContableApp and all its components (software, design, brand) are property of ANDEYA S.A.S. Your data is your property. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service.

6. Privacy and Data

Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

ContableApp will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the service. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the last 3 months of service.

8. Cancellation and Termination

• You may cancel your account at any time from the admin panel
• We may terminate your access upon violation of these terms, with prior notice when possible
• Upon termination, you have 30 days to export your data

9. Modifications

We may modify these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use implies acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Jalisco, Mexico, and the United Mexican States. For any dispute arising from the use of the platform, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico.
