General questions

ContableApp is an all-in-one business operations platform that combines CRM, accounting, communications, payments, analytics and artificial intelligence in a single system. It is designed for businesses that want to replace multiple disconnected tools with a unified solution.
No. ContableApp is multi-industry. It has specialized solutions for vacation rentals, HOA and condominiums, real estate, hospitality, timeshare, events, accounting firms, restaurants and medical clinics.
No. ContableApp is 100% cloud-based. You access it from any browser — Chrome, Safari, Edge — without downloading or installing anything. It also works from mobile devices.
Yes. The platform is completely modular. You contract the base plan and activate additional modules based on your business needs. You do not pay for what you do not use.
ContableApp is available in Spanish and English. The system can operate bilingually — useful for businesses that serve both Spanish and English-speaking clients, like vacation rental companies in tourist destinations.
It depends on the plan. All plans include multi-user access with different permission levels: administrators, managers, agents, cleaning staff, accountants and inspectors, each with differentiated access based on their role.
Your data belongs to you completely. You can export all your information in standard formats (CSV, Excel, PDF) at any time before canceling. No data retention.

Vacation Rentals

A PMS (Property Management System) is the central system that manages your properties, reservations, calendar, rates and guest communications. Without a PMS, you manage everything manually and in scattered fashion. ContableApp includes the PMS as part of the base plan.
The Channel Manager syncs your property availability and rates in real time with the distribution channels where you have them listed (VRBO, Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, etc.). When a reservation arrives through any channel, the calendar is automatically blocked on all others to prevent double booking.
Airbnb has a different model from traditional OTA channels. You can sync the Airbnb calendar via iCal to avoid availability conflicts. For deeper integration, consult with our team about available options based on your configuration.
Owner statements are monthly reports showing revenue generated by each property, expenses incurred (cleaning, maintenance, commissions) and the settlement due to the owner. ContableApp generates them automatically and can send them directly to each owner.
The Property Assistant is a digital portal accessible via QR code that the guest scans at the property. Without downloading any app, they can access the WiFi password, check-in and check-out instructions, property rules, emergency contacts, additional services and local recommendations.
Yes. ContableApp is specifically designed for agencies managing properties from multiple owners. Each property has its associated owner with configurable commissions, and the system automatically generates individual statements each month.

HOA & Condominiums

ContableApp has no owner limit. It supports small 10-unit condos to large complexes with thousands of owners without performance degradation.
Yes. The owner portal includes online payment via credit card, debit card, bank transfer and OXXO Pay. Payments are automatically reconciled in the condominium accounting.
You can send notices to all owners or specific groups (by tower, floor or unit type) via push notifications, email and SMS simultaneously. Typical notices include water shutoffs, maintenance, assembly notices and security alerts.
Yes. ContableApp includes tools to schedule assemblies, record attendance (in-person or virtual), conduct digital votes and automatically generate minutes with the results of each agenda item.
Yes. The platform supports multiple buildings, towers or sections within the same condominium, with differentiated fee configurations by area and reports per section.

Pricing & Contracts

The Starter plan for vacation rentals starts at $2,500 MXN/month (up to 5 properties) and the Professional plan at $4,500 MXN/month (up to 15 properties). For Enterprise or custom industry quotes, contact our team.
No. Plans are month-to-month. You can cancel at any time without penalties, cancellation fees or mandatory minimum notice periods.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. The change applies to the next billing cycle and there are no additional costs for the change.
The base plan includes the platform core. Additional modules such as Channel Manager, Call Center, Advanced Accounting and Property Assistant are contracted separately with specific rates.
Yes. Paying 12 months upfront gives you a 20% discount off the equivalent monthly price. Contact us for details.
Plans are quoted in MXN (Mexican pesos). We can also quote in USD for international clients. We accept credit card, debit card and bank transfer payments.

Platform Modules

ContableApp is not trying to be a generic enterprise CRM. It is designed specifically for the business flows of the industries we serve. For a vacation rental agency it is much more complete than any generic CRM because it is connected to reservations, accounting and communications in real time.
Yes. The accounting module supports CFDI 4.0, VAT and income tax retentions, and generates reports in the format required by the SAT. It is also compatible with international accounting systems for clients outside Mexico.
When a client leaves a voicemail, the system automatically processes it with OpenAI Whisper, which is the most accurate voice recognition technology on the market. The transcribed text appears in the client CRM profile alongside the original audio, without manual intervention.
Yes. The Channel Manager is an additional module at $350 MXN per property per portal per month. There is a promotional package of 3 portals for $650 MXN per property per month. Airbnb is not included due to platform restrictions.
The QR does require an internet connection to load the portal. However, the portal is designed to be very lightweight and works well even with slow connections. The most critical information (WiFi, emergencies) can be configured for immediate loading.

Technical Support

When you activate your account, our onboarding team contacts you within 24 hours to schedule a configuration session. In that session we configure your properties, users, integrations and basic workflows. The average onboarding time is 2 to 5 days.
We offer support via email ([email protected]), WhatsApp (+52 322 157 9145) and phone (+1 831 245 4963). Support hours are Monday to Friday 9am–6pm Mexico time. Professional and Enterprise plans include priority support with guaranteed response times.
Yes. ContableApp offers a documented REST API for custom integrations. API access is available on Professional and Enterprise plans. Contact our development team for more information.
Data is stored in cloud servers with SOC 2 certification and GDPR compliance. Automatic backups are performed daily with 30-day retention. The infrastructure is on DigitalOcean with geographic redundancy.
Yes. Our onboarding team helps you migrate data from Excel, Google Sheets, Guesty, Hostaway, Hostfully or other PMS systems. The migration process is part of onboarding and has no additional cost on Professional and Enterprise plans.
